Refund Policy

At Stell’s Creations, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care, attention to detail, and unique craftsmanship. Because every item is individually created, I want to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchase while also maintaining fairness for custom and handcrafted work.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production on a custom piece has already begun.
